Fuxin Yutian Food Co., Ltd. is based in Fuxin, Liaoning Province, one of Northeast China’s key peanut growing areas. We focus on Baisha peanut kernels and raw peanut supply, supported by local sourcing, screening, grading, hand selection, packaging, warehousing and batch quality control.
With an annual production capacity of about 35,000 tons and finished-product storage of over 6,800 tons, we supply stable peanut kernel specifications for food processors, supermarket channels and trading partners.

Our peanut base is located in Fuxin, Liaoning. The local growing area benefits from sufficient sunshine, distinct seasons and suitable harvest conditions. Peanuts are naturally air-dried and further ventilated before shelling, helping maintain stable moisture and product appearance.

Our processing line includes screening machines, specific-gravity stoners, metal detection and material feeding-returning systems. The coordinated process supports an approximate daily production capacity of 200 tons.

Workshop employees follow hygiene requirements for uniforms, caps, cleaning and disinfection. Peanut kernels are screened, hand selected, packaged and stored under controlled workshop procedures.

Our finished-product warehouse capacity exceeds 6,800 tons. Packed peanuts are stored on pallets before delivery to reduce breakage and avoid direct contact with floors or walls. Warehouse temperature and humidity are recorded daily.

Standardized storage protects finished products
The quality inspection team samples each batch before delivery, checking color, odor, imperfect kernels, moisture and admixture. Nonconforming products are reprocessed or returned according to procedure and recorded for traceability.
